You can find Peter Griffin in his mansion in Snooty Steppes which is on the South West side of the map and his location will be marked with Golden colored cirle. You can find the exact location marked on the map below.

You will find guards around and in his mansion protecting him, so while fighting Peter, you will have to kill them as well. Before you reach there, make sure to get good loot before facing him as you might other players trying to defeat him as well and you will have to fight them as well.

One thing that you need to keep in mind is that whenever Peter will dance, he is not doing it to chill, but is actually regaining his HP. So, make sure to keep shooting if you want to defeat him quickly.

Once the fight is over, Peter will do a little emote showing he is in pain and will drop "Peter Griffin's Medallion" that will replenish your shield automatically over time. The amount replenished per tick increases with each Medallion held. Apart from this, you will also get the Mythic Peter Griffin's Hammer Pump Shotgun that he was using to shoot you along with a few other drops.

However, keep in mind that if you have a Society Medallion from any of the boss, you will be marked on opponents’ map, and the more Medallions you have, the more precisely your location will be shown.

That's everything you needed to know about Peter Griffin boss location, how to beat him, and the drops you will get.
